Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Larkveo (https://larkveo.com) collects when you use it, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: support@larkveo.com.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account name and email.
• Content you provide: videos you upload or link, card pack topics and images, and the clips, transcripts and captions we generate from them.
• Usage data needed to run the service: job history, minutes processed, and technical logs (IP address, browser, errors) kept for security and debugging.

How we use it

• To provide the service: transcribe your videos, pick moments, render clips and store them for you to download.
• To enforce usage limits, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
• We do not sell your data and we do not use your videos to train our own models.

Service providers

We rely on these processors, each of which handles data only to provide its part of the service:

• Supabase: accounts and database
• Cloudflare R2: storage of videos, clips and images
• Modal: video processing and transcription
• Google (Gemini API): transcript analysis, captions and image generation
• Vercel: website hosting and cookie-free web analytics

Retention

• Uploaded source videos are deleted automatically 7 days after upload.
• Clips, projects and card packs are kept until you delete them or close your account.
• Deleting a project or clip in the app removes its files from storage.

Your choices

You can delete any project, clip or card pack at any time from the dashboard. To delete your account and all associated data, or to request a copy of your data, email support@larkveo.com from the address on your account.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

If we make material changes we’ll update this page and the date above.
